Every item from Department of Real Life is made to order just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong size ordered, or simple preference.
We've got you covered if something's actually wrong with your order:
- Defective or misprinted item
- Wrong item or size shipped by us
- Item damaged in transit
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Reach us through the contact page or Shopify Inbox and we'll sort it quickly.
